We want you to love your purchase from Cluvve.com. If you are not satisfied, please review our return and refund guidelines below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. You may request a return if:

•    The product is unused and unwashed.
•    All original tags and packaging are intact.
•    The return request is made within 7 days of delivery. For a smoother process, we recommend initiating the request within 24 hours or as soon as possible.
•    The item is dispatched back to us within 2 days of confirmation.
•    The product is eligible for return (and as mentioned below).
•    Please note that certain items may be non-returnable, except in cases where the wrong or defective product was dispatched from our store.

2. Non-Returnable Items

•    Sale/Discounted items
•    Customized or altered products
•    Free gifts
•    Accessories & Innerwear (if applicable)
•    Personal hygiene products (e.g., beauty tools, makeup, skincare once opened)
•    Used or damaged items (not in original condition)
•    Items without original tags or packaging
•    Jewelry & delicate items (earrings, nose pins for hygiene reasons)
•    Limited-edition / final sale or Clearance items
•    Bundle/Combo offers
•    Digital products or downloadable items (if applicable)
•    Gift cards or vouchers

3. Return Process

1.    Raise a return request via email or WhatsApp.
2.    Provide order number and share parcel opening video with clear product images.
3.    Once approved, we shall respond with follow up instructions and ask you to courier the product back.

4. Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. All returns are eligible for exchanges only. We currently do not offer cash refunds. If your order isn’t quite right, you can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging intact and as otherwise mentioned. Our goal is to ensure you receive a product you love, and our team will guide you to select the perfect replacement.

Exception / One-Time Refunds
In rare cases where a return is eligible as a one-time gesture, refunds are issued after quality inspection of the returned product. Refund options include:

•    Store credit
•    UPI or Source refund (if applicable and eligible and only for customers from India)
•    Exchange for product with same size/color as per availability , or other options if available.
Please allow 5–7 working days after inspection for the refund process.

5. Damaged / Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 24 hours with unboxing video/photos.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled (with a request) before dispatch only.
COD fake orders may result in blacklisting.

Exchange Policy

We offer a simple and smooth exchange process for eligible products.

1. Conditions for Exchange
You may request an exchange if:
•    The product received is in unused, unwashed condition
•    Original tags and packaging are intact
•    Exchange is requested within 24 hours of delivery
•    Product is eligible for exchange

2. Size Exchange
If the size doesn’t fit, you may request a different size (subject to availability).

3. Exchange for Another Product
You may exchange for a different item by paying the difference (if any).

4. Non-Exchangeable Items

•    Sale items or items purchased at a discount
•    Accessories, innerwear, and undergarments
•    Customized, personalized, or monogrammed items
•    Perishable items (e.g., food, flowers, or other items with limited shelf life)
•    Gift cards or vouchers
•    Products with hygiene seals that have been opened (e.g., cosmetics, skincare)
•    Digital products (downloads, e-books, software, etc.)
